Samsung recently announced the Xcover 271, a new rugged 3G phone featuring shock resistant, dust resistant and water resistant (IP67 certified). The Samsung B2710 aka XCover 271 specifications include a rubberised keypad, 240 x 320 pixel display, GPS, Bluetooth 2.1, digital compass, pedometer, LED flashlight, FM tuner with recording function, 30MB of internal memory, microSD card slot (up to 16GB), up to 600 hours of battery life, and supports quad-band GSM and UMTS connectivity.
