Apple has begun selling an unlocked iPhone 4 in the US from store.apple.com with price at $650 (16GB model) and $749 (32GB model). The unlocked iPhone 4 can be used with GSM networks worldwide. Apple offers both white and black iPhone 4s without a contract. No contract of course means no subsidy but at least you get the choice of what plan you like/can afford.

Apple has, yet again, had a remarkable 12 months. The release of the iPad has whipped everybody up into a tablet frenzy and the company’s share price has continued to rise as it continues to establish itself as one of the world’s most successful technology companies. One of the main reasons behind this success has been the release in June, of the iPhone4.

This phone is the follow up to the 3GS and Apple’s first fourth generation phone and they have made sure that it comes jam packed with the latest technology. In terms of hardware, yet again Apple has astounded the public and critics alike by creating, for instance, a display on which the human eye cannot pick out one individual pixel, making it the clearest smartphone display out there. Apple has not though, bettered the hardware instead of the software though and has made plenty of changes to the operating system and applications to keep up with the rest of the mobile phone world at least.

Apple getting ready to launch the iPhone 4 in China on September 25th, of course this is a good news for chinese customers who want to get their hands on this device. Apple iPhone 4 will be available from two new retail stores and the China Unicom chain.

Boasting a 1GHz A4 processor, HD Video Recording, a 5 megapixel camera and a 3.5-inch Retina display, the iPhone 4 will be available for CNY4,999 (16GB) and CNY5,999 (32GB) without a contract.
