The Specs, Price and Release Date of upcoming Verizon Wireless Android smartphone, The HTC Lexikon has been unveiled. Powered by MSM7630 Snapdragon processor (800MHz) and Android 2.2 OS, the smartphone features a 3.8-inch WVGA display multi-touch screen with a resolution of 480×800, HTC Sense 1.6, full QWERTY keyboard, 512MB of RAM, 4 GB (eMMC) internal storage, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n and Bluetooth connectivity.

HTC Lexikon will be offered for $200 with contract,  and will be released on early 2011.
