One of the biggest online retailers Amazon.com makes its own move in the Android blogosphere by providing (almost) complete selections of Android smart phones. Recently, this online retailer offers consumers Amazon Blaze Smartphone, another Android-powered smart phone. Before Blaze, Amazon.com has provided several new products as Cloud Player and Appstore; this is, in fact, only the beginning of this retailer’s move in Android blogosphere.

A reliable source revealed the availability of both Appstore and new Android-powered Blaze Smartphone, which is said to come in August this year. Although there is no exact and official announcement about Amazon Blaze in Amazon.com, consumers can now gather the specifications and details about this smart phone. This smartphone comes with 4.3-inch Mirasol phone screen; and it is stuffed with rapid processor, 1.2GHz dual-core Qualcomm MSM8660, 512 RAM and Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS. Other features as 32GB storage, 5MP rear camera, and connectivity devices are equipped in this new smartphone. In addition, there is no information about the phone’s price tag.

Lenovo from Chinese manufacturer and NEC from Japan have decided to work together and set up a joint venture for their main focus on the Japanese market. They’re hoping to be the largest group in Japan, which means they’re going to be the largest three in the world. Through their collaboration, they’re hoping to combine all their strength and specialty together, in the R&D sales and marketing, resources, distribution, and promotion. This collaboration seems to be in favor for Lenovo since NEC has already been the biggest company in Japan. Through this collaboration, not only Lenovo gets to have better promotion but it also has controlling ability with 51% share. Their products together will be known a Lenovo NEC Holding BV. Although it will be registered in Netherlands, the headquarters is till in Tokyo. The company doesn’t want to focus in computer market only, since they’ve also been thinking about developing smartphone lines.
