Sony Ericsson officially launched a new touchscreen music phone, the Mix Walkman. This new walkman is basically the Walkman version of the company’s txt pro but without the slide-out QWERTY keyboard, it features a Zappin key that lets you search for your favorite song, preview the chorus of the next track and decide whether it is a favorite you want to listen to.

The Sony Ericsson Mix Walkman comes with a 3-inch 400×240 capacitive single-touch display, boasts up to 100MB user memory, a 3.2 Megapixel camera with video recording, Bluetooth, WiFi connectivity and supports microSD/SDHC up to 32GB. The Mix Walkman will be available in Q3. No pricing info at the moment.

Recently, Samsung has announced three new Dual SIM Budget Phones, Samsung C3322, E2232 and E1182. Comes with candy-bars (numeric) keypad and dual SIM technology, these phone has very affordable price tag. C3322 is priced at $145, while E2232 costs about $98 and E11182 costs $73.

Among these Samsung Dual SIM Phones, C3322 is probably a phone that comes with more features; this is, however, is still predicted as there is no images of the phones yet. C3322 comes with metal body or casing, 2.2-inch display with medium resolution, 2MP main camera, MicroSD support, and connectivity devices. E2232 and E1182 are two new Samsung Dual SIM Phones that are priced at much lower price than the previous phone, as they are only equipped with 1.8-inch display. From the leaked images, both phones come with similar design.

Samsung Linx has previously released in United States, and its now available in Canada. This affordable feature-phone is brought by Canadian network provider, Fido. Comes with T9 phone keypads and side-sliding QWERTY keyboard, this phone is suitable for texters, who do not quite need features in a smartphone.

Large touch-screen is probably the main feature that makes Samsung Linx will be a perfect mobile phone for those who are addicted in sending short messages. Besides, this cellular phone is offered at relatively lower price than other phones with basic features as text message service and phone call. Samsung Linx is equipped with 1.3MP main camera that supports video recording, MP3 player, 50MB internal memory, and connectivity device as Bluetooth. Anyway, Fido is offering four contracts started from two-year agreement priced at $10 per month or pay $110 without signing any contract.

In general, almost all Samsung’s products especially smart phone or cellular phone and tablets are popular for its lower price tag, and quite similar features as other world-class expensive brands. It might be one factor that makes Samsung C414 become popular, that its launch by Mobilicity last months obtained such positive reception. After last month release, The cheap Samsung C414 has currently made its way to Videotron in Canada.

Mobilicity’s Samsung C414 is coded C414Y, while Videotron’s will be coded as C414V –the last letter is indeed showing the affordable phone’s carrier. Regardless of the carriers, both C414s are actually the same device. Principally, Samsung C414 is not meant to be a smart phone; some people call it as featurephone. However, even for a featurephone, this cellular phone is not quite interesting, even to discuss. For those who need a low-budgeted phone, however, C414 will be a perfect phone for its $149.95 without-contract price tag.
