2. Everyone else is always on the clock. Even if you take the time off from your phone, you might start to feel anxious because everyone around you is checking their phone. 5. Apps are left unused. I know that I have lots of apps that I don’t use. I get stressed out because I know that I am not using them, but I want to. If this is the case, you might want to start looking at deleting apps that you don’t use.

6. Kids want you to play games with your smartphone. It gets pretty nerve-wracking when your 2 year old is asking you every 5 minutes to play with your smartphone. That, combined with all of the stresses of having a smartphone might just send you over the edge.

Smartphones can be beneficial, but can also induce a lot of stress.
