It was reported that the BlackBerry Bold 9790 will be sold in the UK from O2 and Vodafone. From the official statement of  O2, this device will be released in January next year. If you didn’t knew about it, the Bold 9790 is one of the latest RIM smartphone which runs BlackBerry 7 OS and powered by a 1GHz single-core processor.

BlackBerry Bold 9790 also features a 2.44 inch touchscreen display with 480 x 360 pixels, full QWERTY keyboard, 8GB of internal memory, Wi-Fi, NFC, HSDPA, GPS, 3.5mm headset jack, 5 Megapixel rear camera and 720p video recording. No pricing info at the moment.

Good news for you who want to get your hands on a sim-unlocked iPhone 4S, Apple has begun offering this device for $649 (for 16GB), while the other models (32GB and 16GB) cost $849 and $749. Unfortunately, the unlocked iPhone 4S will only work on AT&T and T-Mobile, so you won’t be able to use it on Verizon or Sprint.

FYI, The factory unlocked version has already been selling in a couple countries like the UK, and Canada, and the iPhone 4S also launched in 13 more countries, including Albania, Armenia, Bulgaria, El Salvador, Greece, Guatemala, Hong Kong, Malta, Montenegro, New Zealand, Panama, Poland, Portugal, Romania and South Korea.

Samsung Omnia W has just launched in the UK and available for purchase via UK retailer Play.com at £339.99 about €398 or $540 (unlocked). The new Omnia Mango smartphone also being offered on pre-order by BuyMobilePhones.net with various pay monthly tariffs from O2, Orange, T-Mobile and Vodafone.

Samsung’s first Windows Phone Mango device is powered by 1GHz single-core processor with 512MB of RAM and 8GB of internal memory. Another features include 3.7 inch Super AMOLED WVGA display, 5MP rear camera with 720p video recording, VGA front-facing camera, HSPA, Wi-Fi and GPS.
